When TS embarks on a development project, we take the time to understand your business, the challenges that have motivated the need, as well as any industry-specific needs, so that we can ensure we reach the goal with the best and most relevant solution. Therefore, the software development also takes place in close collaboration. We work based on agile principles a little out of the ordinary. The method is called "Praximity".

Praximity – Development Very Close to the Business
Praximity™ is the name of our agile development methodology. It is a combination of "practice" and "proximity", which describes the physical and conceptual form of collaboration in a development process close to the business. Praximity does away with previous dogmas such as waterfall and rigid system specifications that are outdated even before the ink is dry. By utilizing the development speed and elasticity of TS No-code Platform, the Praximity method provides far greater benefits for the customer, solid anchoring in the organization, and up to 10 times faster time-to-market than traditional development.

Five Logical Steps
1) Team: Put together a team of people with relevant domain knowledge and process insight from different perspectives.
2) Use Case Workshop: Together we map the relevant use cases, taking into account all the different stakeholders.
3) Data Model Workshop: Based on the use case mapping, the data model is outlined with relevant entities, attributes and the relational connections.
4) No-code Development: We build the data model, set up the relevant workflows and automated actions based on the identified use cases.
5) Security & Permissions: We define the relevant roles and rights taking into account information security.

Domain knowledge
TS has broad experience from a wealth of development projects within different industries and of varying complexity, but in relation to specific domain knowledge, e.g. within GDPR, healthcare, or energy production, we draw on our partners or on the customer's own specialists.
Development
TS has its own highly qualified developers who partly expand and maintain the source base behind the TS No-code Platform, as well as help partners and customers to develop exactly the applications and workflows that are in demand.
Support
Support is an area of responsibility that can be advantageously distributed so that the customer takes care of Level 1 support. Partner takes care of Level 2 support and TS takes care of Level 3 support. In this way, the customer maintains ongoing contact with their customers and can help when needed. At the same time, there is an option to escalate a support ticket. Your support ticket is handled by our own employees who know your application and the underlying platform. Hosting
Hosting can be handled by TS, by a partner, or by the customer. Please note that in order to be covered by the TS Service Level Agreement, it is a prerequisite that TS is responsible for hosting and thus has the necessary control over the environment. TS is mainly hosting on Amazon Web Services in Europe.
Process
Process insight is a prerequisite for identifying optimization opportunities and for establishing the workflow(s) that must ensure flexible and, as far as possible, automated workflows. Every state in a workflow that does not require human interaction should be automated so that the relevant information flows appropriately through the organization and on to customers and business partners.
Payment/Subscription
Access and use rights to TS No-code Platform requires payment of subscription fees (licenses). The individual user's rights and usage pattern determine the license price. In connection with development projects, TS estimates time consumption and the resulting costs, which are calculated in a SoW (Statement of Work) and approved by the customer before project start.
