Managing a wide range of customers, requires good, robust business applications that minimize manual routine and maximize the insights gain of accurate data. The existing CRM only supported the Sales side of the business. The delivery processes were dependent on a multitude of spreadsheets, documents and check lists. In addition, customer and technical support was handled in a rather complex and cumbersome system, ill suited for the dynamic, high-paced work environment of Digitell.
Therefore, in 2023 Digitell turned to TS with a desire to update their core systems. This became the starting point of an ambitious but highly sensible development project. All customer data and BI reports, were migrated from SuperOffice to TS Relations. The integrated system was enhanced with purpose-built Inventory Management, a Support system and invoice integration to their ERP (e-conomic).
