Movia

Movia is Denmark's largest transport company, working for increased mobility throughout Zealand by means of a coherent, simple and climate-friendly public transport. Movia transports approx. 180 million passengers per year with almost 450 bus lines, 9 local rail routes and 6 Flextrafik operations.

Movia is a public company, owned by the 45 municipalities and two regions on Zealand, and is regulated by the Transport Companies Act. Movia offers its service in a public tender and enters into contracts with private bus companies, responsible for the local service delivery.

To facilitate the administration of its operations and daily quality follow-up, Movia created a tender, in 2017, for the development of a Case Management system. TS NoCode ApS won this tender and, in collaboration with Movia's internal project group and other stakeholders, TS developed a wall-to-wall application called "Brist & Dispensation", which establishes the desired coherence in the value chain.

The portal facilitates the registration and reporting of faults and defects via the inspector's mobile device - also in areas with poor mobile coverage. In addition, Movia wanted to reduce case processing time, support case handlers in calculating specific deficiency values, and make it easier and more manageable for Operators to follow the status of any deficiency cases and apply for exemptions.
